We are looking for a highly driven individual in B2B IT Sales. As at Dealroom, your task is to identify potential clients and engage with them to understand their needs and help them bring their data to the next level.
- Developing new business opportunities through existing and new clients
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Oversee, lead and train existing sales team while implementing a clear go-to-market strategy
- Provide leadership for the team to ensure that KPI’s are clearly defined and met
- Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Work closely with CEO and CMO to prepare marketing, advertising, PR and promotional activities
- 8+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably at a startup, scaleup or fast-growing company, with a demonstrable track-record
- Self-motivated, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work within a multicultural and fast-paced work environment
- Strong interest in Dealroom business: startups, venture capital and ecosystems
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mind-set, analytical and methodical
- Master’s degree required. MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English, other European language is an advantage
